This video includes the next three storyline bosses. Ryu has to solo each, so watching his HP bar is important.

First of all, catch Maniro and get the best armour available. No other way to make the Baba battle possible. I know, it requires A LOT of coins to buy everything you need, so fishing a few hours is the only way to get that rich (I think I spent over 10K coins while shopping).

Baba:

You can't lose if you attack only when your HP is full, this is guaranteed. The question is, is it fun to play this way? I think not, so I take risk here and there.

Baba can counterattack but so can we, however, healing whenever your instinct suggests you you're going to hell the next turn is vital. I had to repeat this battle twice because I was reckless with healing and Baba got me with his counterattacks every time I felt healing was unnecessary.

After you beat Baba, you get his name and "ax" - an axe?

Dir.HR:

Compared to the previous battle, this is a breeze. He has inferior defence and his attack is not as powerful. Moreover, we've gained one level from Baba so we're a bit stronger. I used a Herb once, but that was unnecessary.

Katt:

A battle of the same difficulty if you compare it to Baba. She can do weak damage, she can try to provoke you (which essentially makes the entire turn worthless if she succeeds) and she can slam you, which hurts.

She can NEVER slam you for 50% damage though and she NEVER counterattacks either, which is great. This means you are once again safe to attack her at full HP and it's also almost completely safe to attack her when you are above 40 HP.

We'll need to have Katt with our party for the next battle, so make sure Ryu/Baba is the one to get poisoned.

The next battle against Augus is a hard one, the hardest part being the necessity to have Katt survive the battle and end up being the only character to get experience (to level up to lv. 7).
