Description:

The SSS temporarily split up to help various organizations with restoring order in Crossbell. However, the previous incident means Erebonia and Calvard are now a lot more hasty in their efforts to take over Crossbell. This, combined with Ouroboros's increasing activity in the region, is going to require even greater damage control efforts from the SSS.

Lloyd wants to head to Meister Joerg's workshop before going to Mainz. At the workshop, Joerg turns out to be acquainted with Zeit. He's working on Pater-Mater's maintenance and reveals that Novartis put Renne through painful tests to make her compatible with the Gordias. He's also angry that the Red Constellation destroyed Arc En Ciel's machines, which he created.

At the bus stop, you'll be ambushed by Blade Cougars. Once you enter the tunnel, you'll find that the whole place is pitch dark. Lloyd almost steps on a land mine, but Rixia pulls him off in time using her Dragon Claws chain. You have to avoid stepping on any mine for DP,

On the other side of the tunnel, you'll hear the sound of machine guns. Once you get close to town, you'll be ambushed by a sniper, Gareth. He'll make you fight a bunch of Blade Cougars (surrounded of course) while he snipes at you, and he can't be targeted. Once you defeat the cougars, you're still in a tight spot because the cougars have plot stamina and Gareth is still sniping from the safety of his high ground, at least until Randy attacks him. Zeit's wolf pack also helps the rebels fight off the Red Constellation and forces them to retreat.

At the inn, Grace compares Dieter's actions to the revolutionaries of Calvard, who also did dirty deeds to accomplish their political goals, though she thinks Dieter went too far. She also worms her way onto the Merkabah and promises not to publish confidential information. Be sure to re-enter Mainz and talk to the maid in the inn, all to get the next Agnes book.
