Cajun Garlic Butter Pork Belly Bites! Smash or Pass?!


It’s a smash all day for me… these were insane!!

Ingredients:
• pork belly cut into cubes
• Cajun seasoning ( you can mix in some roasted garlic powder and MSG but not needed!) @hardcorecarnivore
• 1 stick of butter
• 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
• more Cajun seasoning.

Instructions:

1. Start by cutting the pork belly into roughly 1 inch cubes and get them ready for seasoning!
2. Season them up, You can use just Cajun or get creative a bit!
3. Preheat the air fryer or convection oven to 390°F and get the pork belly in either the basket or on a wire rack on a baking sheet.
4. I turn the bites every 6-7 minutes and let them cook for atleast 20 minutes or until crispy and cooked through!
5. While the pork is cooking, melt down a stick of butter, salute your garlic on a medium low heat, and then add a little Cajun seasoning to finish it up!
6. When the pork belly is cooked through andstill hot, toss them in the garlic butter and enjoy!
