Have you tried Pickle de Gallo?!

I actually like this more than regular pick and you should try this ASAP!!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup diced dill pickle
• 1 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1 cup diced tomato
• 1/2 cup diced red onion
• 1-2 Jalapeños diced
• 2 cloves of garlic minced
• 1.5 tbsp freah dill
• 1/3 cup pickle brine
• juice from 1-2 limes
• salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut everything up
2. Add to a bowl
3. Mix and eat!

It’s that simple! It tastes better if you let it sit in the fridge covered for atleast 30 minutes!
