I need to use my cold smoking setup more often! This was amazing!

•1 stick of @kerrygoldusa unsalted butter
•Wood chips for smoking, I used jack daniels whiskey barrel chips
•1/2 tsp cayenne
•1/2 tsp smoked paprika
•1/2 tsp chili flakes
•1 tsp fresh thyme
•1 tsp chives
•1 tsp chopped parsley
•3-4 cloves garlic minced
•1 tsp lemon zest
•Salt and pepper to taste

Start by cutting the butter into pieces for more surface area during the cold smoke!

Place the butter in a small dish, and place the cloche over the top and add the smoke! Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to absorb the smoke flavor. This can be done on a smoker for a much better result, but not as easy or accessible for most!

The let the butter soften before adding the remaining ingredients listed above and mixing well. Make sure everything is distributed throughout, and serve this up with a steak of your choice!

I placed a generous amount of the butter on top of this perfectly cooked ribeye and gave both a touch more smoke before slicing it up!

It was incredible!! Highly recommend it!
