Call of Duty 3 - IS CLASSIC COD - 'RETRO FRIDAYS' !!!
6Welcome to 'Retro Fridays' where I play the old classic video games I missed out on during my childhood. This episode we play Call of Duty 3 which was exclusively for consoles. I am playing the Xbox 360 version of the game on my Xbox One S. All of the gameplay footage has been recorded using the Xbox One's built-in capture capability and is upscaled from 720p to 1080p during post. This game does not have the best reputation and anytime the Call of Duty classics are listed this one never seems to make it on anyone's list! Why is this I find myself thinking... So, I decided the best thing to do is get a copy of the game and play it for myself. You can really see the Saving private Ryan influence as well as the TV series Band of Brothers which gives it that cinematic experience. I really had a blast playing through this first mission! Since this is retro Fridays, I will only be playing the first level of the game and give my initial impressions. The rest of the game will be played and completed in my own time. It's just a way for me to put out something different each week without having to be tied down until completions. Especially while I am in the growing my channel stage on YouTube. Doing a first impressions reaction video that can be a different game each week will give me an idea as to what games people want to watch me do a full series on. So, what do I have to say about Call of Duty 3 then? I guess you'll just have to watch the video to find out lol.
