On closer inspection I've discovered that certain objects seem to not be updating correctly between unique frames. For example the player may be sprinting forward but in some frames during this process the player will stay in the same position as the previous frame. When this occurs other objects may update correctly so the frame is different to the previous, yet to the user this will be perceived similarly to a dropped frame making the frame rate feel worse than it actually is.

The native resolution of the Black Ops 3 beta on Playstation 4 is 1920x1080.
