Here is a frame rate analysis video of the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the FIFA 16 demo. Both versions have vsync engaged, and run at a locked 60fps during regular gameplay. However, during overhead shots, close up shots, throw ins, replays, and user controlled replays we see the frame rate lock to 30fps.

During a camera change there can be a frame time spike, and this occurs on both the PS4 and Xbox One versions. These frame time spikes weren't included in this analysis.

Both versions run at a native resolution of 1920x1080.
