For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So I finally got back to No Return Mode. It took, uh, more than a few runs to get used to the mode again. ^^; In general, it felt like I was playing worse than the last time I had played No Return Mode, so I was about to give up for the day (coming back on another day often helps when a particular character or mode is giving me trouble!)... when this run happened. ^^;;
Yep, my first ever No Return Mode win! =)
And despite taking things a bit slower in parts... somehow, I think I still made more mistakes than during my 5-2 run. ^^; But fortunately, none of them were of the "stepping on gold" variety, so... =)
Anyway, here's the video... hope you enjoy!
The mini-bosses and bosses I encountered during this run were:
Zone 1: Direbat, Red Dragon, Gray Minotaur, & King Conga 1.
Zone 2: Nightmare, Green Banshee, Blood Nightmare, & Deep Blues 2.
Zone 3: Nightmare, Blue Dragon, Gray Minotaur, & Coral Riff 3.
Zone 4: Ogre, Blood Nightmare, Green Banshee, & Fortissimole 4.
Zone 5: Red Dragon, Gray Minotaur, Earth Dragon, & Death Metal 5.

17:34 Cookies! 6 cookies will only heal 3 hearts, compared to 4 hearts for Ham, but they can be applied half a heart at a time, so might be a better choice for a game mode that has a source of half-heart damage following you around the entire time. ^^;

19:15 Ow, and ow again. Wasn't expecting the shop wall mimic, backed away (No Return!), was about to attack the mimic, realized that would block the shop entrance... and paused barely too long and got hit. =p

31:42 Zone 4, Boss: Fortissimole 4. Hmm, I'm really not sure how to handle this battle... but if things start to go bad, I suppose I could always fall back upon the Blast Helm and Bomb Charm...
32:22 Hmm, yeah, with confuse mages being summoned, taking some damage and using bombs might just be safer than dealing with unexpected confusion... ^^;

37:37 Ow. Paying too much attention to the gold on the power line. I didn't step on it, which is good. =) But my timing was off against the dragon, which is bad. ^^;
