For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So apparently, the Rat Familiar being able to destroy Blue Sarcophagi wasn't an intended feature... but a bug instead. ^^; Anyway, Amplified updated earlier today with some new shrines, some new changes, and some bugfixes. Among the bugfixes listed in the patch notes: "Change hard mode sarcophagi to die only to explosions (bombs)". So apparently, the other methods of destroying them (Fireball Spell, Earth Spell, etc.) have also been removed. ^^;
The Rat Familiar is still pretty useful for Melody, though, since it does allow her to do 2 damage (plus piercing!) to an opponent. Not quite as useful as when it could destroy Blue Sarcophagi, but still pretty useful. =)
Anyway, now that the Blue Sarcophagi are working the way they're supposed to (also yay, they don't spawn gorgons anymore!)... I thought I'd try another Hard Mode run with Melody. This run... went relatively smoothly, all things considered. Though I'm pretty sure I made a lot more careless mistakes this time. ^^;;
Anyway, here it is... my second ever Hard Mode win! Hope you enjoy!
The mini-bosses and bosses I encountered during this run were:
Zone 1: (Direbat & Minotaur), (Gray Minotaur & Red Dragon), (Red Dragon), (Fortissimole 1 & Gray Minotaur & Red Dragon).
Zone 2: (Gray Minotaur & Gray Direbat), (Red Dragon & Green Banshee), (Gray Minotaur & Gray Direbat), (Deep Blues 2 & Blood Nightmare & Green Banshee).
Zone 3: (Blue Dragon & Banshee), (Blood Nightmare & Gray Minotaur), (Gray Direbat & Green Banshee), (Death Metal 3 & Gray Minotaur & Blood Nightmare).
Zone 4: (Ogre & Blue Dragon), (The Mommy & Blood Nightmare), (Red Dragon & Green Banshee), (King Conga 4 & The Mommy & Ogre).
Zone 5: (Gray Minotaur & Blue Dragon), (Red Dragon & Green Metrognome), (Gray Minotaur & Earth Dragon), & The NecroDancer 2.
