One of the other games that got enough votes for me to make a series on once I reached 1000 subscribers.

Anyways for Chrono Trigger instead of doing a video for every boss fight I'll be doing videos covering the bosses for each "chapter" so to speak (a lot of these games don't have defined chapters so Imma do my best)

In this case this is all the bosses fought before you obtain magic starting at the beginning of the game and ending once you reach the end of time.

But since I don't wanna completely throw out talking about the bosses I'll give mini rundowns here

Gato: He's the tutorial fight if you want depth just go see what I said there. It's easy but a good way to train Crono and Marle a bit so they can learn cyclone and aura respectively.

Yakra: Difficulty 4/10 first boss worst boss... it's the only boss in the game I really don't like Yakra can attack a character, attack everyone, or do a strong spike attack for about 40 damage... but he also has a counter attack that hits everyone if you attack him from too far away... the problem is it's not really clear (to me at least) how far is too far and with him sometimes stopping to take a pot shot and characters having low speed meaning really slow recharges it's just a tedious waiting game.

Gaoler: Difficulty 3.5/10 Really more of a somewhat strong miniboss than actual boss. Just hit him till he dies. The challenge is there's only Crono to fight him.

Dragon Tank: Difficulty 6/10 Probably the most Iconic fight in the game other than the final boss itself. Take out the wheel first to save yourself a lot of headache and dangerous counters. Then the head to stop the healing.

Guardian Difficulty: 2/10* This boss is there to teach you patience and target prioritization. You can go full agro on the guardian but it'll counter every hit with either reflector or delta storm. The bits need to be dealt with first then the guardian can't really do much other than charge to revive the bits and that's your chance to wail into it. Be warned it's immune to fire.

Sir Krawlie: Difficulty 2.5/10 his health is low and he only has two attacks but one of those attacks can bring you down to 1hp. This is the boss where you'll want to start passing turns especially on Nadia.

Johnny: It's a race with horrendous rubber banding. He is coded to be fought but it's not in the final game.

R series: Six robots and oh are they a pain. You're gonna be getting hit by wire punch quite a bit and with only two party members it can get annoying trying to dish out damage and find a chance to heal. These robot also have a team attack they can do where they toss a party member back and forth like a ball before spiking them into the other party member. I remember fighting this boss in the past and there being a second phase where the final robot would let off an explosion and go haywire basically buffing it's attack and speed so you'd need to end it quickly after that but I've only seen it happen once in the mobile version of all things.
