Ghost in the Shell was released in 1997, developed by Production IG (actually an anime studio, but also made some games such as Tekken 3, The Grandstream Saga, and Tales of Symphonia), published by THQ (and it looks like Sony).

This is a decently early PS1 game. The anime cutscenes look great, all things considered, and the gameplay is pretty smooth. This game is not for everyone - mech games (which I would count this as a mech game) never are. There is definitely polish here, and we can recommend this game for any Ghost in the Shell fans, fans of mech games, or just fans of obscure PS1 games. Thanks for watching!
