Complete in Box Plays - Saga Frontier: Riki's Quest - Part 2
1As I mentioned in Part 1, Riki has the sad distinction of starting out with one of the weakest parties AND having to fight one of the hardest bosses in the game, very early on. Tanzer's Heart, for as early as it is in the game, is a really, really tough boss fight.
Please forgive the fact that I had to grind off-screen for almost an hour and a half, but otherwise, I would have 0% chance against Tanzer. The other major problem with having to be swallowed by Tanzer right after you leave Koorong for the first time is that there is no place to safely heal. As mentioned, I went into the fight with Tanzer with very little WP because there is -no place to heal WP-. Definitely seems like an oversight.
After this part, Riki's quest opens up quite a bit. Off-screen, I'm going to try to find a few better characters, and maybe level a bit, and potentially master a magic. All this stuff was seen on either Red or Emelia's walkthrough, so it would just be rehashing the same quest.
