Mario Power Tennis was released on October 28, 2004 for the Gamecube. It was developed by Camelot (Golden Sun, handheld versions of all Mario Tennis/Golf games), and published by Nintendo.


We're going through a bunch of multiplayer Gamecube games, so I hope you're ready for some clackity-clack!

Overall, this is a pretty solid game. I know it seems weird to just wish for a pretty standard tennis match out of a Mario game, but the games are really fun (to us, at least) when it's just standard tennis. Power shots, meme courts, Boo --- it spices things up, but give me standard tennis in this game about made up plumbers that jump down pipes, okay?
