Complete in Box Plays - Cold Fear (Xbox) - Part 6 - FINALE

Although the final boss is lame, I've definitely encountered lamer final bosses, but that ending might be the worst ending of any video game made after say, 1995. I mean, wow.
Overall, Cold Fear is one of those classic PS2-era games that has a lot of great ideas --- some include: the boat setting, the boat physics, having to worry about waves/nature --- ideas that simply flop because of the game as a whole.
Unlike many other games that we've seen, where they start out very strong, then kind of taper out after the halfway mark, a pretty clear sign that the team was running out of time/money, this one was a stinker from about 15 minutes in. Yes, I played the worst version, but I find it very hard to believe that Cold Fear is that much better on PS2 or PC.
A very interesting game, but one you're going to want to avoid. Regardless, thank you for watching, and we have plenty more good/bad games upcoming!
