So recently my good friend, Tyler (you’ll frequently see him in the comment section) sent me a recommendation to check out Vampire Survivors on Steam. After reading a quick review and seeing that it was only $3, I downloaded the game. Man am I glad I listened because this game is fan-freaking-tastic! He describes it as the “best dollars to fun ratio ever” and that’s right on the money. Vampire Survivors is basically a tower defense game in which you are the tower, and you can move. In fact… that’s all you do is move. All of your attacks and abilities that you use to defend yourself against the ever-growing hordes of monsters trigger automatically and the only input you have is the movement. It’s super addicting to bob and weave your way through hundreds of bats, ghouls, and werewolves while collecting gems to upgrade your abilities. The game is fast paced, and you can burn an hour without even blinking. It’s in early access right now on Steam so head on over there and pick this one up. You WON’T be disappointed. Also… I haven’t spotted any vampires yet… But there’s garlic!
