The Silver Titan Triggerfish is the fourth Fishmon you will be tasked with catching by Udo. This Fishmon can be found ~50m deep, and cannot be directly hurt by anything besides Electricity.

So, I actually had to attempt to catch the Silver Titan Triggerfish twice. The first time, I built up the Shock Mine Launcher, but it didn't seem to do anything to it. It seems that Shock and Lightning are two different elements? I also had the level 3 Shock Harpoon and it didn't do anything either.

For my second run, I built up a Shock Rifle, which states it deals electric damage. Directly shooting the Silver Titan Triggerfish still had no effect...until I shot a fish nearby with the Electric Rifle, and the electricity zapped the Silver Titan Triggerfish since it was nearby. After doing this a few times, it became stunned, and I was able to catch it.

So to be on the safe side, use a weapon that deals ELECTRIC damage, not Shock. Try to shoot fish near the Fishmon so it gets zapped by the chain lightning, and you should be good to catch it!

If you find another method, please let me know! This was the first Fishmon that I had to retry on a second dive, because the wording is a bit odd, and since Electric and Shock share the same element symbol (lightning bolt), you would think that either one would work.
