The Ruby Seadragon is one of the 17 Seahorse fish you must catch if you wanna catch 'em all! This Seahorse can be very hard to find, as it only has a small chance to spawn after mining a cluster of rubies. I don't know exactly how rare, but I have over 50 rubies now, and this was the first time I saw one.

First off, make sure that you have the Diving Knife fully upgraded to be able to mine the cluster of ores. This will help a ton, making it so you don't have to rely on a pickaxe.
To find the Ruby Seadragon, dive down to the Glacial Area. You have to search for a cluster of rubies and mine it. I cut out the side areas to save time on the video, but search those as well, as they have good items like Jade and other things.
With what appears like a ton of luck, you will get one! If not, just keep trying, and eventually you should get one. It took me about 20 times before I got one, so don't give up if it doesn't happen for you first try.
