Please don't copy this party setup, it's not worth the hassle

The only good part of this strategy is using Parsee's TRR nuke. It's fairly easy to land on this boss, since the Wasp always alternates between it's Paralysis Needle and (potentially) a group attack. This means all you need is to bring in Reisen during the group turn attacks to inflict TRR, and then bring in Parsee during the Needle turns. You can get unlucky and have the Wasp snipe Slot 4 on those turns, but that's all it is; bad RNG

The rest of this strategy is too annoying to recommend. Hina can barely work as a tank in this fight (and only if you drop a few Tomes and Special Items on her). While Hina can tank the needle if she fully debuffs herself and the boss, the problem is that the Wasp is so fast and wears out it's debuffs so quickly that Hina's stuck debuffing it every other turn.

Hina has several other issues too. She can't use really good equips like the Game Breaker Master Title (because it boosts all ailment resistances, including debuff resistance, which needs to be low) and she can't work with certain healers (Eirin, Rumia and Sanae can all erase her debuffs with their default healing spells).

Even with the setup I had, I had to use a Tome to boost her Resistances (because otherwise she'd be paralysed for the entire fight). She's still functional as a tank, especially if you decide to drop some DEF and MND gems on her too, but unless you're a big Hina fan, I wouldn't recommend doing it.

Hina's still pretty useful for this fight, as is Parsee, just don't try and copy THIS specific party setup. The front row I ran in this fight was way too squishy, there are bulkier parties that can tackle this fight way more consistently (probably). You can probably just use this party, but give GMBT to Hina and give her the passive that lowers debuff chance on allies and rely on regular buffs (rather than debuffs and Flexibility for the front row)

Honorable mention to Youmu here. While she is certainly NOT better for this figth than Parsee, her damage was very surprising.
