Welcome back to Delta Force: Task Force Dagger, a military simulation, tactical shooter created by Novalogic in 2002. The game was originally meant to serve as a Standalone expansion to its predecessor, Delta Force: Land Warrior. It boasts a wide variety of weaponry and selection of character classes from various specialised military forces from around the world, all with their own unique traits and abilities. The game follows the team in question, a joint task force called Viper 33, that works to disassemble terrorist and extremist militia units across various parts of the world. The game, in contrast to older titles such as the original Delta Force, is more action-oriented and accessible, being made on the same engine as Land Warrior, even though it boasts greater design and rendering technology at the cost of simplified gameplay.
Dagger has received Predator Drone imagery indicating an increased presence of operational aircraft in the Bagram Airbase after it was bombed to eliminate any enemy air superiority.
Viper 33 has been tasked with infiltrating the airbase while avoiding patrols to not only eliminate any resistance deemed necessary, but also to demolish any remaining enemy aircraft throughout the expansive airbase.
During the raid, most of the enemies decided to surrender, saving Uncle Sam cost on bullets fired and Viper 33 the effort of pulling the trigger and more faces to dream of at night.
Here is a detailed report of Operation Bargram Airbase:
