Diddy Kong Racing Multiplayer Race 4
12Part four of a set of 3-player multiplayer matches in Diddy Kong Racing for the Nintendo 64 by Rare. Bumper (MacDaddyNook), Conker (SunBurntKen) and Tiptup (Duck) speed through the valley of Windmill Plains.
Windmill Plains, from the Dragon Forest area, features large windmills that players can drive through, as its name suggests. Found inside each windmills is a dash plate and item balloon, making them worth going in. Because of their narrow size, they are also perfect for landing oil-slick traps for any opponents looking for a bonus.
I decided to do things a little differently with the music this time. Since the Nintendo 64 version of the game rehashes the Greenwood Village theme for this stage, I decided to add in its unique theme song from the DS remake (in which many of the courses that repeated songs were given their own themes). Again, as before, all music was added in later as the game's limitations prevent it from playing music during multiplayer matches with three or more players.
