Another BIG milestone for the MiSTer FPGA retro community. The CAVE 68k core had a public release. In my opinion this is probably the most demanding core in a technical level next to the Capcom CPS series and SNK Neo Geo MVS/AES cores.

The Cave 68k core supports screen orientation, refresh rate (native 57.4hz vs overclocked 60hz), sprite layers to enable and disable and a pause button.

The game has 7 areas, but area 7 is only accessible by entering the 2nd loop. Said 2nd loop is accessible by completing the first 6 areas on 1 credit and fulfilling one of the following requirements:

* Loses at most 2 fighters (lives).
* Depending on the fighter used, have a maximum hit count of at least the following:
Type A: 270 hits
Type B: 300 hits
Type C: 330 hits
* Score at least 50 million points at the end of area 6.
* Collect all 13 bees in four of the six areas.

This video is a first time playthrough to the point that I used up a few extra credits and cannot do loop 2 because of it.

So unless there is an infinite lives code to get the "1CC" part done easily (lol), this one will require a lot of practice and patience to reach the true ending.
