Inspired by the Reading Gamebow group's Team Reading, I am playing Doom 64 bonus maps on ultra hard settings. What is ultra hard you may ask? Further inspired by Decino's Doom 64 play through, it is "Watch Me Die" difficulty with pistol starts, fast monsters, and no mid-level loading. This map known as "Evil Sacrifice" is one of the "Lost Levels" added to the Doom 64 Remaster (2020). All of these new levels are quite good and I hope you don't get tired of me saying that haha. After the first tech base level, we have fought our way back to hell. For this map, I made it through by not rushing fights and bringing out my BFG for the pain elementals. I like how in these new levels you quickly get the main weapons you need and immediately encounter the appropriate enemies for those weapons. Bring on more hell!
