I remember well when I tackled a mod named Doom Fighters, It gave you a third person view and fighting game feel to it. So my surprise was seeing that Edy Pagaza had several more mods to their name with this one, being released on February 13th 2022.

Doom Shinobi again puts us in third person view, this time as a ninja armed with their signature Zangetsu, 99 shurikens which.. I never could figure out, and a combo system that requires primary and secondary attack to be mapped out, Our two attack buttons both combo into slash finisher moves that can wipe out a group of enemies easily, the jump attacks aren't as easy to use in my experience, Inventory system stores health potions which are much needed as cheap hits can be a problem when on higher skill levels.

Doom Shinobi's only real bad part is the health potions which don't heal enough health and that forced me to use more than two at once to get back health that was lost which does affect my overall feelings about the mod, never could do the wall running that I read about so I must've done something wrong but wow, This is a impressive mod here that Edy has, I'd say its among the finest I've played off Moddb in some time and I recommend it to all Doom players.
