https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom2/Ports/m-o/oneweek Concept wads are yet another thing I gravitate towards, to see how it was put together. And with megawads? You know it will be a time when you see a team put the file together vs just 1 author.

Released on November 1rst 2001 by a team consisting of Vergil The Doom Poet, Erik Alm, Phil Brown, Gregory Dick, Dan Crowley (Synspider), and Opulent (Doug Merrill), One Week Megawad is a 11 map set that showcases various talent and styling while being a major driving force of community based megawads.

From the word go, One Week Megawad is going to aim for the jugular as it has nasty ambushes that you'll never see coming unless you've played maps by said authors above, Ammo is balanced though you'll need to use it carefully due to boom traps. That Chaingun ambush at the end of map02 was just.. cruel.

[[This is another rejected Season 1 episode, though in this case, It was going to be episode 2 vs Slaughterfest 2011. Rarely does a wad that I haven't done until playing it first time for a episode hit me as hard as One Week Megawad, but thats a testament to the mappers of this wad.]]
