This is something here, I was checking for 2003 wads and didn't have many in my folder so I began a search and what came of that might be the roughest wad from the early 2000's yet so far on this series.. Pentagon.Wad which was authored by Larry Rhodes and released on December 14rth 2003.
...Well, I can say that it does look like a Pentagon shape in the Automap and it has good combat but thats where the praise ends for this wad, ..All respect to you Larry, This wad is painful to look at and play, with a lot of repeated textures, clusters of enemies and...wow, the absolute worst spider mastermind battle i've ever seen in a pwad.
[[This, is the final rejected episode from Season 1, It was during my search for 30 files to begin the series I looked up 2003 wads but I dismissed Pentagon back then. Covering it now I realize that yeah it was rated highly on the doom wad station but its.. not that great imo]]
