DSOAL: Reverb is doubled when HRTF is on in certain EAX3 and EAX4 games

Subscriber "samazuka" has written in to tell me that the tinny reverb effect I've reported in certain EAX3 and EAX4 games like Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, Kane & Lynch 1, Unreal Tournament 2004, and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfare is actually caused by forcing HRTF on. When HRTF is off, the reverb effect plays as intended.
