This is episode 21 in a series I'm putting out on popular and powerful endgame uniques.
Garb of the Ephemeral is a fun item, although it can be powerful in some builds, especially fast-hitting elemental damage builds.
When it came out the massive stat requirements prevented it being used - but the Elegant Hubris unique jewel (dedicated to Caspiro) can solve that problem for you. Either way - achieving the stats naturally or bypassing them with Caspiro - also unlocks the option of using Mjolnir as well.
Effects of Divinity:
- 50% max realistic uptime (10 seconds to charge, 10 second duration)
- You deal 50% more elemental damage
- You take 20% less elemental damage
- Your character is larger
- You are immune to curses (I forgot to mention this in the video, but it's a pretty minimal benefit as you want a more reliable curse solution)
- This typically averages to 25% more elemental damage

- This item drops from the unique map, The Cortex. It's pretty rare.
