and now... for something completely different. at least as far as epic is concerned. everything set on a train is basically automatically cool, and this level is no exception. it's maybe a bit limited in what you could do compared to something running on the build engine but it's still impressive that it's as convincing as it is while still being boom-compatible. by far the most dangerous bit of the whole level is falling off the train, which will instantly kill you, and moving between cars is pretty risky due to that. there's also a berserk at the very front of the train in the second secret... but there's really no reason to grab it when pistol-starting.

speaking of... i should do some build engine games some of these days. not really 100% sure what i'd play as i'm much less familiar with the custom levels worth playing. but it's maybe something i'll keep in mind.
