WARNING: when you first get into customizing your overview, and before you try other peoples' overviews - you must export your current file!
There is no backup of your original overview, even in 'history', so any tweaking you had been doing gets totally lost the instant you click on someone else's overview - especially if they tell you to 'reset' before importing their stuff.
Also, make sure to check each tab for " - not saved" suffixes to the very top line next to the ☰ 'hamburger' icon (4 lines not three), and if spotted right click the active tab below and "save current type selection as..." (it'll prompt you with the name of the current one you're using. helpful, eh?)...that way when you export all your current values are saved.
That way you can merrily reset or not and import willy nilly to your heart's content - knowing you can go back to your original by importing the file from your harddrive (or SSD)

protip: when tweaking your own overview do save successive files instead of overwriting...at some point you WILL make a mistake and you'll want to backtrack to find a backup so you can find out what went wrong where how and why.
