Experimental Pokédex nest buffer overflows (Generation I)

It seems the Town Map nest data is subject to a buffer overflow if there are too many wild Pokémon entries. It can cause some interesting corruptions like corrupting the screen tint and map.
Currently the only known way to do it may be with cheat codes.
In Pokémon Yellow, use Game Genie codes XX8-499-B3C and XX8-4A9-C47 to modify a pointer for the Town Map nest data. In this video I used 00 and A0 which generally gave Pokémon in the Pokédex with lots of nest data.
