The Yucca Grove Mine was a talc and soapstone mine that operated in the early 1900s. I found newspaper references of the mine from the 1930s. This video exploration of the Yucca Grove Mine features the vertical shaft and two tunnels. Also examined were the large, wooden ore bin and some old, rusted cars.
