F1 2023 Japan GP Qualifying Data Analysis - What Did We Learn?

Qualifying for the grand prix at Suzuka is over and once again Max Verstappen is on pole position as he takes one of his most crushing pole positions of the season. But what else did we learn, Mclaren are looking strong in qualifying as Oscar Piastri is lining up alongside Max and Lando Norris is in P3, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz are looking strong in the Ferrari as well as they are P4 and P6, but can they have the race pace.
Sergio Perez had a decent day and is starting the race in P5 and will be looking to finish on the podium on Sundays race. But what has happened to Aston Martin as Fernando Alonso is in P10 and Lance Stroll was eliminated in Q1 once again. Mercedes are also on the backfoot but good race pace should help elevate Lewis Hamilton and George Russell from their otherwise lowly positions.
Alpine are continuing their fall backwards and Logan Sargeant in the Williams found himself in the wall, we are going to be talking about all of this plus more.
