Friday Practice in Mexico is over and Max Verstappen is once again the fastest driver at the home of teammate Sergio Perez but the Red Bull duo is coming under increased threats from the rivals behind as Lando Norris in the Mclaren was only 0.1 behind Verstappen and was looking strong in the race runs. Mclaren thought it would be a tricky weekend but so far they are looking strong, teammate Piastri has had a bit more of a difficult weekend so far.
For Ferrari right now the weekend is a bit of a mixed bag, Charles Leclerc has good pace but he has had some issues from his power unit, teammate Carlos Sainz seems to be struggling more and has had multiple issues but overall they have good pace. For Mercedes Lewis Hamilton and George Russell are struggling with balance issues at the moment, in slow speed they are all over the place. But in race trim they seem to have good pace.
For Aston Martin this weekend has been a disaster and right now they are towards the back of the field, Fernando Alonso was P20 with a spin and Lance Stroll was only P18.
