F1 Race Famicom / NES CRT TV Playthrough asmr
Released 11/2/84, F1 Race for Famicom would never make it to the U.S., although a port to the Gameboy would. One of Saturo Iwata's early development projects, the game is notable for being the first to feature raster scrolling on Famicom. Though a solid racing game, the market would have likely been flooded with similar titles had Nintendo chosen to localize this game in America.
I am considering a playthrough to be beating the Top Score on each skill level. I played on an original NES with a Game Genie adapter (see Shorts) to allow for playing a Famicom cartridge. I am using a NES Advantage controller, RCA cables, and a Sharp X-Flat 27" CRT TV.
