Argentina's President Cristina Fernandez has been pressing the British Government to come to the table and negotiate over the Falkland Islands. That is something David Cameron has refused to do. Now there are concerns that if Argentine patience runs out, the country could resort once again to military action. But it is feared that with a reduced defence budget, the UK might struggle to launch a second Falklands-style campaign.
