Today I want to suggest 7 essential mods for Fallout 4 on Xbox, which is very useful if you are a beginner at putting together a mods collection for the game, and in case you need extra help to expand upon these 7 mods, you can also check out the tutorial I made for both Skyrim and Fallout 4, about mods load orders.

One mod that I included in many other videos is the “Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/914336 ), thanks to it many bugs and issues of Fallout 4 will be fixed, the only bad thing of this mod is that it requires all the DLCs to be installed. After the Unofficial patch I found that the Xbox mod “Unique Wasteland Experience Stable” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4053913 ) is the best tool to allow each player to customize their individual experience as they prefer. Seriously, the amount of settings provided by just this mod is outstanding, definitely give it a go. To improve the combat my favorite mod is “Brutality Hardcore Rebalance” ( DLCs: https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/994584 – Vanilla: https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/994804 ), which has a version for the Vanilla game and one for who has all the DLCs, both are linked in description. With Brutality the enemies will be smarter and will strategize more than usual, but what I really like about Brutality is how it is able to eliminate the problem of bullet sponge combat by rebalancing all damages based on ammo type. Now, one thing that I never liked about Fallout 4 is how the dialogue is hidden behind 4 options that always look the same, so, there is a mod for many languages that fixes this problem, the english version of this Xbox mod is called “English Full Dialogue Interface (NewDialog English Translation/Port)” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/1079746 )

After this, one other thing that, at the time really surprised me about Fallout 4, was that there was no way of crafting stuff, only modify, and coming from Skyrim I was kinda disappointed about that. So, thanks to “Blacksmith's Crafting Expansion Version 27” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/916599 ) we can finally craft weapons, clothes, ammo, aaand something else I don't remember... For this last section we are taking care about the graphics, first install my favorite Xbox graphic mod: “Intensity - ENB - Like Graphical Enhancements Without The Hassle” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4092970 ) allows you to regulate as you prefer many aspects of Fallout 4's coloration, such as brightness, saturation, contrast and more. Warning, each time you change something the settings do stack up, so, my suggestion for a quick enhancement, which looks reeeally good, is to INcrease the contrast twice, and DEcrease the saturation twice. There is also a reset button, but still be careful. And finally, I exclusively use the next mod with the previous because its textures have too much color in my opinion, but thanks to Intensity we can also pick up “Vivid Fallout All In One” ( https://bethesda.net/it/mods/fallout4/mod-detail/4040242 ) and have way better looking textures for all the materials and items of the Commonwealth, and thanks to Intensity they don't look over saturated. With these 7 mods we have given foundation improvements to all areas of Fallout 4.
