One minute review of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory:
The narrative and general writing are improved again from Pandora Tomorrow and Sam's character can shine alongside the well crafted story which this time also features plot twists. Visuals are beyond impressive for 2005. Controls are tight and weapons are reliable without taking away the focus on stealth, in fact the gameplay is based around stealth in non linear maps. There are many more ways to lure enemies, hide and strategize as Sam also has more tools than before, as well as a new goggles mode to seek electrical emissions. The enemy AI behaves in a very natural way most of the time, and some surprise events can force you to change your approach to make the game more interesting. The player has free choice in how and when to complete each primary and secondary objective, and this makes for a phenomenal stealth experience.
