Extra info/corrections/comments on this episode:
* This episode lasted 15 hours and 3 minutes. I adjusted my method of playing slightly and played while being more focused in general during this episode compared to the previous one (the average points obtained per game was 569.5 during this episode while it was 553 during episode 103, which is a huge difference), but I still consider that I underperformed considering my method of playing, and you can see this in the difference in performance below between the sub-episodes:
- Sub-episode 104-1: average of 557,31 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-2: average of 569,37 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-3: average of 588,68 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-4: average of 546,64 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-5: average of 571,24 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-6: average of 568,85 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-7: average of 584,47 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-8: average of 581,09 points per game.
- Sub-episode 104-9: average of approx. 562 points per game.
* Slightly less than 561 points is the average points per game of the whole Hot & Cold/Protect Rings farming of this challenge (1617 games played to obtain more than 907499 Hot & Cold points). The whole farming took me 31 hours and 46 minutes, so the points average is equivalent to slightly more than 28500 points collected per hour and slightly less than 51 games played per hour (note that playing the original version of the game on a fastest hardware than PS1, like an emulator or a PS2, should not allow having a better average of points per game but should allow having more points in a given period of time, due to a higher number of games thanks to less loading time). I think whole farming should have taken maybe 30 hours on PS1 had I applied my current playing method while being more focused from the beginning.
* My high score in a game in Chocobo's Forest is 918 points; it was obtained during the sub-episode 104-3.
* The current number of Elixirs is 98, which means I obtained less Elixirs than expected with this farming (89 Elixirs were possessed before the farming's start), and I will have to obtain one more later from a Yan monster.
* Besides the preferred/standard display type ("Composite/CRT TV"), "RGB/CRT TV" had to be used during most of the sessions in this episode for convenience.
