There may be actions that are done for practical purpose or for no particular purpose in the playthrough; the mandatory actions done in this episode are the following and they can be used as a guide (note that during this playthrough, certain actions can only be done during a short period of time and others can be postponed; note also that there is the possibility I may have missed events like dialogue replacement, sprite change, additional scenes and so on, since those are not generally considered as goals and are not documented at all):
* Enter the Qu's Marsh of Lanar Island to mark it in the world map (timecode: 04:34).
* Trigger Mene's message about the impossiblity to find other Chocographs (I am not convinced that this meets the criterion of triggering unique events, but I recommend doing it anyway; timecode: 28:17).
* Upgrade Choco to a mountain chobobo (timecode: 41:18).
* Obtain 9 Promist Rings from the auction (timecode: from 44:00 to 59:00).
Extra info/corrections/comments on this episode:
* From this episode and until Hilda Garde 3 is obtained, I will refrain from picking up items or digging up chests with Choco in the world map, in order to be able to change the dialogue of the Four-armed Man in Daguerreo, by talking to him with less than the 340 treasure points necessary to trigger the scene leading to obtaining the Rank S key item.
* In order to be able to have 101 copies of Thief Gloves in the final save (details about the purpose of this in the annex file), it is forbidden to purchase the copy of Thief Gloves in Treno's auction (that becomes available after getting the Blue Narciss) until achieving the training and the abilities learning of Zidane and Amarant in Disc 4.
* Obtaining 9 Promist Rings from the auction is a task that cannot be delayed, in order to be able to collect a tenth Promist Ring in Desert Palace.
* As a reminder, the third items maximization criterion (which is setting the items so that the items that are not relevant to use as an equipment part or as a consumable make the most money in an eventual sale) requires maximizing in the final save Promist Ring at the expense of Ruby and Chain Mail (Chain Mail is the primary item in the "Chain Mail-Power Belt-Grand Helm" synthesis chain and maximizing it requires carrying Power Belts equipped and this would result in having one less Promist Ring in the final save; Chain Mail is useless as an equippable item, and Ruby, which is used to synthesize Promist Ring, is useless as an equippable item or with the "Item" command; a single Promist Ring sells for more Gils than a Ruby or a few Chain Mails).
