There may be actions that are done for practical purpose or for no particular purpose in the playthrough; the mandatory actions done in this episode are the following and they can be used as a guide (note that during this playthrough, certain actions can only be done during a short period of time and others can be postponed; note also that there is the possibility I may have missed events like dialogue replacement, sprite change, additional scenes and so on, since those are not generally considered as goals and are not documented at all):
* Obtain a Lindblum Card (timecode: 02:42).
* Obtain a Bandana (timecode: 06:15).
* Talk to the Merchant (timecode: 06:18).
* Read the description of the key item "Wold Map" (timecode: 07:37).
* Exchange the Kupo Nut for an Elixir (timecode: 09:36).
* Deliver the letter from Moodon to Moonte (timecode: 10:49).
* Read the description of the key item "Kupo Nut" (timecode: 11:00).
* Exchange the Kupo Nut for a random reward between Ether, Phoenix Pinion or Tent (timecode: 12:09).
* Talk to Quale (timecode: 14:15).
* Check Armodullahan's cell (timecode: 17:37).
* Obtain an Elixir (timecode: 29:27).
* Talk to the Treasure Hunter (timecode: 33:31).
* Buy Stiltzkin's items (timecode: 33:59).
* Read the letter from Kuppo to Mogki with Mogki (timecode: 34:05).
* Obtain a copy of Fairy Earrings (timecode: 35:42).
* Obtain an Ether (timecode: 40:37).
* Obtain a Lamia's Tiara (timecode: 45:10).
* Make Zidane look above to the see the switch (apparently you need to stand at the rightmost position and wait a little before pressing the action button to climb in order to trigger this little event; timecode: 47:18).
* Obtain a Survival Vest (timecode: 48:42).
* Accept to take the letter from Kuppo to Kupo (timecode: 49:54).
Extra info/corrections/comments on this episode:
* I did the "arrows manipulation" trick to obtain a Lindblum Card with 7 arrows because Lindblum must have 7 arrows according to the cards ranking criterion I retained for the challenge, and is not among the easiest cards to obtain with 7 arrows in Disc 4 (even if the operation is likely to be useless because cards like Bahamut and Ark will have priority in Disc 4 regarding the allocation of 7 arrows combinations).
* A save in Treno is needed to do the "arrows manipulation" trick (having 99999 Hot & Cold points and a save in King Ed Plains is a better option than Treno, and I also have such a save at Disc 4 from another challenge, but I didn't want to waste my time pulling out the Disc 4); the trick is detailed in the video of which the link is the following:
