There may be actions that are done for practical purpose or for no particular purpose in the playthrough; the mandatory actions done in this episode are the following and they can be used as a guide (note that during this playthrough, certain actions can only be done during a short period of time and others can be postponed; note also that there is the possibility I may have missed events like dialogue replacement, sprite change, additional scenes and so on, since those are not generally considered as goals and are not documented at all):
* Obtain a Survival Vest (timecode: 03:55).
* Obtain a Phoenix Down (timecode: 03:57).
* Choose the option "Hold on a sec" the first time you talk to Morrison during the hostage taking (timecode: 04:43).
* Leave the sceen just after receiving the Exploda and Elixir treasures to change slightly the positions of the moogles (timecode: 05:33).
* After Mog's appearance, leave the sceen again to change slightly her position (timecode: 06:10).
* Talk to Moco (timecode: 14:17).
* Talk to Momatose (timecode: 14:54).
* Read the description of the key item "Memory Earring" (timecode: 16:54).
* Give two Ores to the friendly Yeti (timecode: from 34:00 to 34:20).
* Give three Ores to the friendly Nymph (timecode: from 43:00 to 43:30).
* Reenter Iifa Tree's entrance to change slightly Zidane's position when the choice of members windows appears (I am not convinced that this meets the requirements but I did it just in case; timecode: 49:08).
* When promped again to choose the team or to open the menu, choose Vivi and ensure that he can use Stop if not already the case (timecode: from 53:40 to 53:47).
* Pass the two first mandatory battles against Mistodons without gaining EXP points (timecode: from 55:51 to 1:03:20).
* Read the letter from Stiltzkin to Mocchi with Mocchi (timecode: 1:04:03).
* Pass the battles against Mistodons in Iifa's tree path if any without gaining EXP points (timecode: from 1:05:00 to 1:07:00).

Extra info/corrections/comments on this episode:
* The "WANTED!" poster about Amarant needs to be seen in Treno in order to see to the lines of dialogue appearing from 08:07 to 08:13.
* For a safe (but slow) battle against Scarlet Hair, it is recommended to attack when the boss is in the centre of the battle arena, or when he is next to the representation of Alexander on the summoners wall (Scarlet Hair will take more damage if attacked when the he is next to the representation of Alexander; for this to work, Zidane should be equipped with Rune Tooth and Mythril Armlet and so that his Defense is above 20, and Auto-Potion should be activated for him; once the latter conditions are met, other useful support abilities can also be activated if available such as Man Eater, MP Attack and Distract; I recommend to not activate Counter, because IIRC, Zidane will not be able to heal with Auto-Potion if he does a counterattack).
* The two friendly monsters encountered allowed Eiko and Amarant catching up a little on learning abilities.
