There may be actions that are done for practical purpose or for no particular purpose in the playthrough; the mandatory actions done in this episode are the following and they can be used as a guide (note that during this playthrough, certain actions can only be done during a short period of time and others can be postponed; note also that there is the possibility I may have missed events like dialogue replacement, sprite change, additional scenes and so on, since those are not generally considered as goals and are not documented at all):
* Obtain an Egoist's Armlet (timecode: 05:17).

* Watch the ATE "Something Washed Ashore" (timecode: 06:31).
* Talk to the soldier guarding the factory's entry to be informed about Cid's wish and to change a dialogue line during an upcoming scene with Blank (talking to the soldier guarding the entry of the air cab's station or going to the meeting room also triggers the event; timecode: 07:23).
* Meet Garnet at the lookout (timecode: 08:11).
* Watch the ATE "My Bad" (timecode: 09:06).
* Enter the meeting room (timecode: 10:28).
* Watch the ATE "My Hammer" (timecode: 10:49).

* Obtain a Lapis Lazuli (timecode: 30:05).
* Obtain the Strange Potion as the last of the three special potions (obtaining the two others before finding the three potions unlock alternate dialogues from Alice and the Tantalus members; timecode: 30:13).
* Read the description of the key item "Unusual Potion" (timecode: 30:22).
* Read the description of the key item "Strange Potion" (timecode: 30:25).
* Waste Gils in order to possess less than 50 Gils to be able to trigger the ATE appearing at 42:41 (the state must be maintained until the scene in which Zidane picks up Quina; I wasted all Gils to have a more unique dialogue during the latter scene; timecode: 33:20).

Extra info/corrections/comments on this episode:
* I delayed the delivery of Mogki's letter because I was planning to get an extra random reward from Moguta before entering Desert Palace, but I decided from this episode to no longer make obtaining random rewards from Moguta a requirement (reading the descriptions of each Kupo Nut obtained is maintained as a requirement however).
* I regained a decent amount of Gils (from 41:30 to 43:30) by selling some of the dozens of items I've been buying since completing Marcus' training (only not unique or "missable" items of course).
