There may be actions that are done for practical purpose or for no particular purpose in the playthrough; the mandatory actions done in this episode are the following and they can be used as a guide (note that during this playthrough, certain actions can only be done during a short period of time and others can be postponed; note also that there is the possibility I may have missed events like dialogue replacement, sprite change, additional scenes and so on, since those are not generally considered as goals and are not documented at all):
* Read the description of the key item "Gizamaluke Bell" (timecode: 01:21).
* Read the description of the key item "Chocograph Piece" (timecode: 01:22).
* Pass the mandatory battle against black mages Type A in Gizamaluke's Grotto by petrifying all enemies, in order to not get EXP points (timecode: from 02:53 to 03:55).
* Obtain a Gizamaluke Bell from the soldier (timecode: 04:25).
* Read the description of the key item "Gizamaluke Bell" (timecode: 04:46).
* Trigger the optional battle against black mages Type A in Gizamaluke's Grotto in order to obtain a second Gizamaluke Bell (that will have a different description; timecode: 07:06).
* Pass the optional battle against black mages Type A in Gizamaluke's Grotto by petrifying all enemies, in order to not get EXP points (timecode: from 07:20 to 08:41).
* Read the description of the second key item "Gizamaluke Bell" (timecode: 09:02; I am not sure if reading the description of the various "Gizamaluke Bell" key items in Gizamaluke's Grotto meets the "achievements" criterion since those key items can be reobtained more than once, but I recommend to do it just in case).
* Obtain a Bronze Vest (timecode: 09:27).
* Obtain a Gizamaluke Bell (timecode: 09:33).
* Read the description of the key item "Gizamaluke Bell" just obtained (timecode: 09:40).
* Obtain a copy of Mythril Gloves (timecode: 12:16).
* Obtain a Magus Hat (timecode: 13:15).
* Refuse to give the Kupo Nuts to Mogmi (timecode: 14:01).
* Obtain a Gizamaluke Bell (timecode: 14:50).
* Read the description of the key item "Gizamaluke Bell" just obtained (timecode: 14:55).
* Read the letter from Moodon to Mogmi with Mogmi (timecode: 15:19).
* Enter Popos Heights (timecode: 15:33).
* Read the description of the key item "Holy Bell" (timecode: 20:09).
* Arrange to have the 3 bell doors opened in the cavern of Gizamaluke's Grotto (timecode: 20:12).
* Obtain a Multina Racket (timecode: 26:22).
* Talk two times to Carpenter Hans (timecode: from 26:34 to 26:36).
* Talk to Earnest Young Man before talking to the Worker (timecode: 26:42).
* Talk to Jobless Jeff before choosing to console Part-time Worker Mary (timecode: 27:20).
* Choose to not console Part-time Worker Mary (timecode: 27:51).
* Read the description of the key item "Gate Pass" (timecode: 29:34).
* Manage to choose one of the propositions in the window appearing at 30:24 (timecode: 30:25).
* Check the South Gate board (timecode: 31:05).
* Obtain a Potion (timecode: 31:20).
* Talk to the Construction Worker (timecode: 27:20).
* Accept to take the letter from Grimo to Nazna (timecode: 31:34).
* Choose to not depart right away with the Berkmea (timecode: 32:18).
* Obtain a Hi-Potion (timecode: 34:44).
* Obtain a Tent (timecode: 34:47).
* Dig up the chest of the "Healing Shores" Chocograph (timecode: 37:24).
* Trigger Mene's message about the impossiblity to find other Chocographs (I don't think this meets the criterion of triggering unique events, but I recommend doing it anyway; timecode: 47:21).
* Read the description of the key item "Chocograph Piece" (timecode: 48:30).
* Dig up the chest of the "Small Beach" Chocograph to obtain an Oak Staff, that contains the Stop spell (using Stop will be mandatory in subsequent sections; timcode: 49:12).

Extra info/corrections/comments on this episode:
I recommend to dig up the chests of as many Chocographs as possible for practical purpose.
