-As a general comment on the side quests, I find they're far more effectively-paced than I'd expected. When I started this plan to tackle side quests as they came up, I thought they'd be fairly unrelated to the main scenario content, or at least be all in a batch.

But the Camp Broken Glass side quests (for example) seem to come up iteratively, as the story develops! And they're relevant to each story stage!

-A lot of the time when I see comment on queer relationships in XIV, it's not that I'm meming, but I don't think it's canon. Like with Sadu and Cirina. I WISH it were canon, but I honestly think they're just good friends.

Not so with Appius and Rimelnaud here. No chance XIV will ever make it explicit, but I sincerely read this as the early stages of a queer romance.
