Final Fantasy 10 - chimerageist for return spheres for fast clearing of sphere grid
https://www.patreon.com/ulillillia --- One of the fastest ways to activate every node on the sphere grid is to get return spheres. Chimerageist is the earliest accessible source from capturing 10 of everything in the Calm Lands area. Early on, Bahamut is needed and even then, Chimerageist is fiercely powerful. Through powering up Yuna a decent amount and storing levels while grinding at Highbridge for 8K AP per fight, sphere grid progress comes fast and by focusing on Yuna, aeons grow with her as well. For even faster mastery, spam the use of return spheres. Return spheres allow you to return to any previously activated node, even if it's one you just activated a few seconds ago. Activate the node, use a return sphere to move to it. Activate the enxt, then use a return sphere to move to it. It's like each return sphere is 22,000 instant AP. The catch is, any time there's an empty node, you can't use a return sphere to go there. This is where sphere levels are needed. Thus, 3 sphere levels can go a surprisingly long way and the aeons grow fast.
What's with the thievery at the start? In order for someone to get AP, they have to do something, anything. Even just hitting /\ to defend counts as doing something. Chimerageist doesn't counter thievery so it's a safe way to get some stuff for building junk equipment up with.
Rikku's section is best for agility and has a decent amount of HP growth at the start of it. Lulu's section is best for general defenses (especially magic defense) and MP. Auron's section is best for strength and HP, somewhat defense. Yuna's section is best for magic.
