Final Fantasy VII: Part 02
0Setting out to destroy Sector 5, meeting the Shrina President, and taking on the Airbuster all in the next hour of the game. That's one thing I've found with Final Fantasy VII so far, your time doesn't seem to be wasted. Sure, the random battle encounters can be slightly annoying, but at least I feel like my characters are getting stronger with each battle. Everything to raise those levels.
Battling the AIrbuster there were a couple of close calls. Tifa passed out and Barret was about to, thankfully the Limit Breaks from Cloud and Barret saved the day.
Cloud falls to his death only to not die and he meets Aeris for the second time. It's funny, I want to choose all the insulting comments like calling her the Slum Drunk but it's difficult for me to be "that guy". Also, I don't know what repercussions there might be if I do make those selections. It's sometimes better to be safe than sorry.
This really is a great game. I think I'm enjoying it more than Chrono Trigger. Although, they do seem rather similar in away. Squaresoft may have a very specific style that, no matter how light or dramatic one of their games is, they all have a very consistent feel.
