Select Libra and highlight the Pulsework Soldier, but don't execute; when Vanille starts casting Deshell, switch back to a Watchdrone and Libra it. Pay attention to whether the Soldier staggers to Vanille's first or second spell. Auto-chain the Watchdrone and shift to Tide Turner. Cast Faith on both people as Vanille debuffs. Shift to Dualcasting whenever Vanille finishes her current string.

If the Soldier had staggered on Vanille's second casting, let Vanille start casting before Auto-chaining the Pulsework Soldier, and ATB refresh. Otherwise, just kill the current Watchdrone and ATB refresh. Now, if the Soldier had staggered on Vanille's first casting, let Vanille kill the second Watchdrone before Auto-chaining the Pulsework Soldier. The goal is to not let stagger end on the Soldier while still killing as many Watchdrones as possible while they are still focused on the Soldier.

The Watchdrones are weak to Water and Vanille has more Magic than Sazh, so she's the one doing most of the damage in this fight.
