A bunch of filler days in both Monastery and Auxiliary Battles, and some supports. I check out some of Cyril's supports with most of the Golden Deer students, as I find that most of Cyril's supports are with Golden Deer students, and some of them do give a bit of backstory about some characters.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This is just a bunch of filler days of Auxiliary Battles and Monastery exploration, as well as checking supports, and interesting detail with Cyril's supports is that he can support with most of the Golden Deer units, and it does give a bit on info about Cyril, as he is from Almyra, because when you look up info on some of your units, it does give a bit of personal history behind some units, and in Cyril's case, he was born in Almyra, and he lost his parents in battles with Fódlan, and now he works for Rhea at the Monastery.
On the Blue Lions route, this chapter would be the first time you can attempt paralogues, Dedue has one, and it is exclusive to the Blue Lions route, as Dedue cannot be recruited outside of Blue Lions, and that paralogue does affect what happens in the second half of the game, if you have watched my Blue Lions playthrough, you would know what happens after completing his paralogue.
With Byleth at Level 15, I should be able to recruit Shamir and Catherine, and while I did explain about them when they could be first recruited, Catherine in Chapter 4, and Shamir in Chapter 6, but another thing to note is that Catherine is unable to be recruited on the Black Eagles route, and Shamir can be recruited on all routes.
Another thing I could go over is if you choose to rescue Flayn on the first week of Monastery Exploration, even if it means missing out on Auxiliary Battles and other things, Seteth would give you a White Dragon Scarf, which increased Charm by 2 points when equipped, and the description for the White Dragon Scarf does spoil the name of a creature that we have not yet encountered at this point in the game, and it has the same effect as the Black Eagle Pendant, Blue Lion Brooch, and Golden Deer Bracelet, these are special items that you can obtain on Byleth's birthday, you have to set it between 4/23 and somewhere around the third month, but what I didn't know back then was that Byleth's canon birthday is 9/20, because that is what it set to at default when starting the game.
I didn't go over which units had different quotes depending on the route, on the Golden Deer route, talking to Claude also counts as talking to Hilda, but outside of Golden Deer, you can talk to them separately, but aside from that, no unit has different dialogue depending on which route you are playing, but one thing is you can check Bernadetta's room for the first time on this chapter.
Then I could go over which unit have special dialogue when you share a meal between them, and there are some calendar events where two units are picked at random for Choir Practice or sharing a meal at the dining hall, and there is a special dining hall event at the end of the month where you get extra support points if you share a meal with any units from the Golden Deer house, I find that to be more useful if you are not playing on the Golden Deer route.
Then to go over which units have special dialogue if you pair them up, and some of them have different quotes depending the higher their support level.

Starting from Chapter 6, unrecruited units will be in their Intermediate class, and I have heard that the magic users, like Lysithea, Annette, and Dorothea are best recruited in Chapter 2, while some units, like Ingrid, Leonie and a few others are best recruited after Chapter 6, because some out-of-house units have better stats than on their own routes. I will list which Intermediate class each unit go into if unrecruited.
