While this is the first chapter to have paralogues, I have yet recruited the required units, because usually I would have Sylvain or Lorenz recruited, but this time, it is just making preparations with Auxiliary Battles and exploring the Monastery. I won't do too much with Flayn, because there are some events that I do not want to spoil too much of, as there is a secret with this route that affects the story in some way.

I don't think there is much to go over in this video, because there are no paralogues, it is just a bunch of filler days and viewing supports. I could do Rumored Nuptials as I have Dorothea, but I want to wait till I have Ingrid recruited, because you get the best reward if Ingrid is recruited. There is also Sword and Shield of Seiros as I have Shamir recruited, but I want to wait till Alois is recruited, but you can't recruit him until much later in the game.
For other paralogues, you will need to have recruited Lorenz or Sylvain, and since I am playing as male Byleth in this playthrough, I don't get to recruit Sylvain for free, and I am holding off recruiting Lorenz until after Chapter 7 because there is special dialogue in that battle, which I won't give away as that is the next part, so I will keep that a surprise.
Another thing I can go over is about Flayn and why I recommend not using her that much on the Black Eagles route, it is very difficult to explain without spoiling the later parts of the game, but there is a secret on this route which affects the story in some way, I don't want to go into full detail about it, but if you want to learn about the secret of this route, I don't recommend using Flayn that much on Black Eagles, you will learn more about it when I get to the part where we get to said secret.
I put Edelgard and Ferdinand into Archer as an alternative class, because Edelgard's main weapon is an axe, and I want her to master Archer to get Hit +20, which pairs up well with the low accuracy of axes, and while Archer isn't really necessary on Ferdinand, you could make him a Bow Knight for his final class if you want, as you can customize how you want your units to be, most players tend to prefer Wyvern Rider on Ferdinand, but you could go the Archer route with him and go into Bow Knight if you think this will work for him.
I could get Darting Blow on Byleth, but I will wait till a bit later on, and Darting Blow on male Byleth is only possible through New Game + if you have mastered Pegasus Knight on female Byleth in a previous playthrough.
Another thing I want to go over is Shamir as a Pegasus Knight, I might make her a Falcon Knight for her final class, because let's say that the later maps on Black Eagles, which I don't want to go too far with spoilers on, aren't that friendly to cavalry units, and I usually like to have Shamir at Bow Knight for her final class, but for this playthrough, I might go with Falcon Knight, and maybe have her go into Assassin for her Advance Class. I will likely have some cavalry units for final classes, for Bernadetta, she will likely be a Bow Knight for her final class, I do want to get Hubert to Dark Knight if I can get his Riding skill at a high enough rank, and Ferdinand might go into Paladin for his final class, Great Knight is a lot of investment in Axe, Heavy Armor, and Riding, and it's not a great class for Ferdinand unless you really want to make him a defensive unit, Bow Knight is an interesting class for him, but if you want to go the cavalry route, Paladin is the best class for Ferdinand, specially once he learns Swift Strikes.
